I went here yesterday with my mom for Mother’s Day. We had an appointment and were expecting a relaxed and comfortable pampering afternoon. We got the complete opposite. When we walked in we sat in the chairs waiting for pedicures with no water to soak our feet for about 20 minutes. Then, only one water was turned (instead of both). By the time the water was full we were already being worked on which negates the point of soaking your feet and relaxing. We never said that we were in a rush. The two nail technicians said maybe 3 words the whole time and had attitudes about having to give us pedicures. While having my feet scrubbed, the woman watched tv the whole time without looking at my feet and cut them all up... to the point it hurt to put shoes on today. The same thing happened to my mom and she has cuts on her feet too. The whole appointment felt rushed and not important. For the rate that they’re charging, the least they could do is slow down and give us the time of day. I took pictures of my feet 20 minutes after and then the next day (today). Will not be going back.

Beautiful shop but not beautiful service. My tech had a language barrier and I asked 3 times for my nails to be squared but she rounded them. I have an ingrown toenail that she wouldn’t remove from the side of my toe but the other nails salons I’ve visited have removed it- no issue. The icing on the cake was I had my nails done on Saturday and today is Thursday and they have all lifted and peeled off in whole pieces. Not worth the waiting time or money. I do not recommend this salon if you are looking for great service.
